Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and grain vary between pieces — walnut is a natural material and no two handles are identical. Minor variation is a feature of the material, not a defect.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints: support@katije.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved between us, you may approach a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently a member of an ADR scheme and are not required to use one, but we will engage constructively with any approach. Free, impartial advice is available from Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk or 0808 223 1133.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
